  1. Introduction



Welcome to Jeroche Fashion House. By accessing our website, placing an order, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.


  1. About Us



Jeroche Fashion House is a luxury bridal, formalwear and couture retailer offering ready to wear, made to order and bespoke garments sourced from designers in the UK and internationally.


  1. Eligibility to Purchase



You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate and complete personal information when placing an order or booking an appointment.


  1. Products and Services



Our products include bridal wear, formal wear, luxury pret, made to order and bespoke garments. Due to the handcrafted and couture nature of our products, variations in colour, embellishment and design may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and such variations do not constitute faults.


  1. Orders and Acceptance



All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended, even if production has not yet commenced.


  1. Pricing and Payment



All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Full payment or the required deposit must be made before any order is processed. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of any amounts already paid.


  1. Deposits



All deposits are strictly non refundable. Deposits secure designer commitments, production slots and fabric reservations. Deposits do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed in writing.


  1. Appointments and Consultations



Appointments are by booking only. Consultation or booking fees, where applicable, are non refundable. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation. Missed appointments or no shows will result in forfeiture of fees.


  1. Production and Delivery



All production timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to designer schedules, fabric availability, handcrafting processes or international logistics. Jeroche Fashion House is not liable for delays outside its control. Shipping fees are non refundable. Risk passes to the customer once the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for courier or customs delays.


  1. Alterations



Alterations are not included unless agreed in writing. Any alterations are carried out at the client’s risk. Jeroche Fashion House is not responsible for fit issues once alterations are completed.


  1. Storage



Orders must be collected or dispatched within 7 days of notification. Storage beyond this period will incur a £20 per day fee. Orders uncollected after 30 days may be forfeited without refund.


  1. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges



All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. This applies to bridal wear, formal wear, ready to wear and made to order items. Fault claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


  1. Conduct and Behaviour



We operate a zero tolerance policy towards abusive language, harassment or threatening behaviour. Such conduct may result in immediate termination of services, cancellation of orders without refund and refusal of future service.


  1. Intellectual Property



All website content including images, designs, text, logos and branding is the intellectual property of Jeroche Fashion House or its designers. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.


  1. Limitation of Liability



To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeroche Fashion House shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


  1. Privacy and Data Protection



Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer data.


  1. Force Majeure



We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, supply chain disruption, government restrictions or international shipping delays.


  1. Governing Law



These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


  1. Changes to Terms



We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
