RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

General policy

All sales at Jeroche Fashion House are final. Due to the luxury, bespoke and made to order nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

By placing an order with Jeroche Fashion House, you agree to this policy in full.

Made to order, bridal and couture items

All bridal wear, formal wear, couture, luxury pret and made to order garments are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded, even if production has not yet commenced.

Ready to wear items

Ready to wear items are also non refundable and non exchangeable unless deemed faulty in accordance with section 6 of this policy.

Deposits

All deposits paid are strictly non refundable.

Deposits secure production slots, designer commitments and fabric reservations. If an order is cancelled by the customer for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. This applies to all products and services including appointments, consultations and made to order items.

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify Jeroche Fashion House within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

Faults do not include minor handwork or embellishment irregularities, bead or sequin shedding, slight colour differences due to lighting or screens, or natural variations in handcrafted garments.

All items will be assessed before any resolution is offered. Jeroche Fashion House reserves the right to repair, replace or decline the claim.
