SHIPPING POLICY

Jeroche Fashion House offers shipping within the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or confirmed at the time of order.

Orders are processed only after full payment or the required deposit has been received and cleared.

Made to order, bridal and bespoke items follow individual production timelines which are provided separately. Ready to wear items are processed once payment has been confirmed.

All production timelines and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to designer schedules, fabric availability, handcrafting processes, quality control, courier delays or international logistics. Jeroche Fashion House is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch. All shipping costs are non refundable.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. Jeroche Fashion House is not responsible for loss, delay or damage caused by couriers, customs authorities or events beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Jeroche Fashion House is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to absence, refusal or incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or redelivery costs.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Completed orders must be collected or dispatched within 7 days of notification. Storage beyond this period will incur a 20 pound per day storage fee. Orders uncollected after 30 days may be forfeited without refund.
